Computer Services Policy

Document Actions



Patrons are required to show a valid ID or Library card each and every time they come in to use the computers.
    • Drivers License
    • State ID
    • Library Card
    • School ID
    • Other ID's acceptability can be determined on a case by case basis


Patrons are guaranteed a 1 hour session for internet accessible computers for a maximum of 3 hours in one day.

Patrons may sign up for a maximum of 3, 1 hour sessions in one day for internet accessible computers not exceed 3 hours. 

The word processor computers (non internet) currently do not carry a time limit. 

The Microsoft computers are also used to teach the computer classes so there may be times when the room is unavailable for use if the class is full. 

A valid ID is required  to use the  Microsoft computers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    •  INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL IS NOT TO BE VIEWED AT THE BERWYN PUBLIC LIBRARY
    •  IF INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL IS VIEWED, IT COULD RESULT IN THE LOSS OF INTERNET PRIVILEGES.
