Join Dr. Fischman to learn the what, the why and the how of physical fitness. Learn what you need to know and have a great time doing it. The program is a balanced presentation of an explanation of what exercise is, a discussion of its health benefits, and a light sampling of exercise with plenty of audience participation. Participants will get a Guide to a basic program they can do at home. Wear casual clothing.
