Payment with a major credit card may be made through the "My Account" page within the SWAN catalog, but cannot be accepted at the service desks at this time.

To use your major credit card, first log in to your account.

If fines exist on that account, a button appears at the top and bottom of the fines summary, labeled "Pay Online."  Click on it, and a pop-up screen appears, which details your fines and requests billing information (example pictured below).

  • When entering Billing Information, be sure to enter the CREDIT CARD HOLDER'S information, which may be different from the information on the library account. 

    Example:  A parent's credit card used to pay fines on a child's account.

  • Here is the content of the pop-up screen that appears when you click on "Pay Online:"
