Important Information

There are two public meeting rooms available at the Berwyn Public Library.  These meeting rooms are primarily intended for the library's use and for programs sponsored or co-sponsored by the library. As a community service, these rooms may also be used by the public when not needed for library activities.

First, read the library meeting room policy [2]. Then submit the form below.

Reservations are pending until approved by library staff. If you do not receive confirmation of approval within several business days of your request, contact the library at 708-795-8000 ext 3031.

Prospective users signify agreement with the policy by submitting the form below.  Submitting the form below signifies agreement with the following statement:

"I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the meeting room policies. All of the provided information is true and correct. I will provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to adhere to any Library policies can cause loss of meeting room privilege."
