From television to movies, fashions to fads, the times were changing and changing fast! This was the decade that moved away from the innocence of Camelot to the cry of “Hell no, we won’t go!” This was our countries time of dramatic change and the end of our innocence when all the world was watching. This was the 1960s!

Christopher Columbus

Anthony E. La Piana presents a unique and fascinating look surrounding the explorations of Christopher Columbus. La Piana is known as a prominent advocate of Columbus and his achievements. He is the author of Five Centuries of Italian American History 5th edition and the curator of an educational exhibit titled "The MOVEMENT" which describes Italian American history dating from World War II to the present.
